"Through my work in this exhibition, I explore the subtle dialogue between the natural landscapes and the built environment, seeking to reveal the essence at their point of intersection. There is a subtle quietness within the scenes which belies the inherent contrasts. It is in these moments that the landscape reveals its secrets, putting forth a narrative that respects the beauty to be found within stillness and observing. My work aims to reveal the perpetual interplay between calm and chaos, underscoring the delicate equilibrium present in our world." -Isabelle Devos January 2024
